Just on the other side of the water is the ugly sister of Copenhagen’s Little Mermaid: part of a sculpture group titled ‘Paradise Genetically Altered‘.
Since it is pretty difficult to get haggis in Copenhagen (the local British shop said they’d be getting a delivery the day after Burn’s night) I decided we’d make our own this year.
Simple ingredients… various bits of sheep: liver, heart, lungs, stomach… we also used minced lamb, onions and oatmeal. And of course plenty of [...]
